At The Treadmill Factory, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RA number to the outside of the box and ship the item back to our central warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
